Insurance and Fees
Auburn Behavioral Health, LLC accepts Blue Cross & Blue Shield (BCBS) and Uprise Health. Clients are responsible for any changes not covered by the insurance company, including copays, co-insurance, and deductibles. A SuperBill will be provided to clients upon request for them to file out-of-network claims themselves.
An important part of the therapy process is commitment, both personally and financially. Fees for services are listed below:
Initial Evaluation — $160
Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy Sessions — $150/hr
Appointments missed or not cancelled within 24 hours — $100
